They have never failed to amaze me with their complete honesty and accurate diagnosis of my car issues. I had received a quote from a dealership regarding a repair. Something with the service advisor's body language told me something wasn't right. I took my BMW to Jim and my gut feeling was right on. It took him less than three minutes to diagnose the real issue and fix it. My biggest surprise was when he told me - No Charge.I've been a customer ever since and have recommended hundreds of people to them. I take all my family's vehicles to him regardless of the year or issue - they fix it right the first time without any hidden or extra costs." |
